The purpose of this course to understand how personal motives and values influences leadership behavior and to apply behavioral principles and practices to become an ethical leader. After completing this course, you will have a good understanding of: 1. The different leadership intents and motives why leaders lead. 2. How personal values influence leadership behavior. 3. The meaning of ethics and which factors influence ethical behavior. 4. The principles and guidelines to behave ethically. During the course, you will implement three sustainability elements in your business, namely (1) Leadership Intent, (2) Moral Compass, and (3) Code of Conduct. Sustainability elements are elements, processes, and systems to sustain a social business.
