The purpose of this course is to describe servant leadership and to provide an overview of the functions of a servant leader. This is the first course in a series to become an effective servant leader. You will receive the following insights from this course: 1. Define what servant leadership is. 2. Understand how servant leadership is different from other leadership theories. 3. Recognize the outcomes of servant leadership. 4. Appreciate a historic overview of servant leadership. 3. Know the functions of a servant leader. During this course, you will implement one of the Strategy sustainability elements, namely Leadership Definition. Sustainability elements are elements, processes, and systems required to sustain a social business.
